Delete your Gals account

Use this page to delete your account without the app. In the app, the same thing is under Settings, Delete Account.

What is deleted

Your handle, your password and your email address, if you added one.
Your collection, your lineup, your gems and tokens, and every record of earning or spending them.
Every pack you opened with gems you earned, and the record of it, your completed issues, and your quest and daily battle history.
Your ratings, and the battles you started.
Your sign-ins, the phones registered for your notifications, and any notification not yet sent.
The players you blocked, and any block another player made of you.

A record of each store purchase, with nothing that names you: the store, its references for the sale, what was bought and the gems it was worth, any refund, and the store’s own record of the sale, such as its date, price and country. It stops one purchase being paid out to a second account, and lets a later refund be applied.
A record of each pack bought with gems from a store purchase, with nothing that names you: the pages it held and what the purchase paid towards it. The models in it are still paid their share of that sale.
Battles another player started against you stay in their history, under the handle you had then, so their record does not change because you left.
Reports you made about another player’s name stay open for review, no longer linked to you.

If you are in a battle with another player, it is finished for them before your account goes.

Forgotten your password? If you added an email address, reset it from the app’s login screen first.
